The hotel offers good rooms, excellent service, and a stunning location surrounded by nature. However, the rooms are not soundproof and on the smaller side for the prices charged.
This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The rooms are exquisite, centrally air-conditioned, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The mesmerizing location, although not fully operational, is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The dining experience is diverse and exceptional. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks in dining.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and centrally heated, which was crucial during the cold weather. While some rooms were tiny, they were well designed and heated. The service was helpful and courteous, even amidst a beautiful snowfall on our last day. The location was brilliant, offering limited but great options in Pahalgam. However, the dining experience was a total disaster throughout our stay.
